- Our classes/workshops are small group of students so that each student can have a personal experience with the instructor and make sure all the content its well explained, applied and learned.
In this class you will learn:
- In this 4-6 hour class you will learn amazing techniques and recipes to create a beautiful color block cake
- In this class we will make swiss meringue in class so you can learn all the tips and steps for a great consistency.
- This full workshop will teach you how to trim, tort assemble a layered cake
- You will learn how to make swiss meringue
- Each student will work on a real cake and take it home once completed
- Students will learn how to make beautiful colorful buttercream stripes on the cake.
- How use ganache to create the perfect and trendy drip cakes
- We are providing all material for each student including the cakes.
- You do not have to bring anything to class
- At the end of the workshop each student will receive a completion certificate

Our class registrations are NON REFUNDABLE
- Classes are subject to rescheduling if class minimum is not met.
- We completely understand unpredictable things can happen If you register and cannot attend class you will not lose your registration fees, this can be used for any other class of the same price or pay the difference for a higher priced class.
- If you notify us that you cannot attend the class 48 hours before the class date your whole payment will be accredited for another class
- If you call 24 hours before the class to cancel your attendance we will deduct $50 from the total registration
